"You're lucky to have each other then," Samantha smiled back with a nod. Her mouth quirked a little while she sipped at the soup, feeling heat in her cheeks that had nothing to do with the warm liquid in the bowl. "Though I have a feeling you might already know, I've been out with your friend Roosevelt. He took me on a hike up into the mountains not that long ago."
